Firstly, don't panic. We monitor all deliveries and ensure that all vouchers are delivered to the buyer and able to be redeemed.
If you do not receive the voucher code via SMS or Email within 15 minutes of purchase, then most likely a problem was encountered. Again, don't panic. Simply send an email to help@thecardwalla along with your mobile # and a note of the voucher type and amount that was purchased. We will reply back with your voucher code.
